To enable the UX Audit, I first performed a trend analysis of historic support records to identify themes within the reported issues. I identified 3 recurring issues, which I later compared against my audit findings to create specific goals for the redesign.
"Deal Stage Strategy" Training

I created the visual model for the Buyer's journey timeline, as well as developed the live facilitation script, slide design, and activity design. This lesson is part of a larger Inbound Marketing training, and the recording is from a live delivery by one of the trainers from HubSpot's international training team.

intended for internal HubSpot employees rather than customers.
"Record Types Pre-Req" - Adobe Captivate

In order to cut down down the run time of HubSpot's paid training courses (hello, Zoom fatigue!), we removed introductory content and listed it as a "pre-req" before the course. When customers seemed unsure of whether or not they understood the listed content, we decided to develop a mini course that reviewed the required concepts and quizzed users to help them determine their proficiency level.
Workflow Simulation - Google Slides
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT • VISUAL DESIGN
I conceptualized and created a drag & drop emulation of HubSpot's workflow software that allowed learners to use their newly acquired knowledge of the tool to collaboratively solve a commonly encountered issue. The tool itself is not collaborative and is more difficult to use, so this enabled learners to more easily cement their understanding of concepts before learning the technical application.
